Here's how a jumping
castle booking works…
Our jumping castle is for
kids up to the age of 12 years old.
The jumping castle must be
set up on a GRASS surface, and requires a minimum
clear space measuring 5m wide, 7m long and vertical clearance
of 5m. The set up site must be no more than 30 metres
from parking and have no more than 3 steps on the access
route.
We will supply 1 x 20 metres
extension cable with the jumping castle. Power points
and additional extension cables must be suppled by you.
(We do not supply generators or additional extension leads).
Bookings are for a 4 hour
time slot.(However,
we are flexible and extensions / reductions may be are
possible)
For Durban venues:
Earliest delivery time is
9am.
Latest collection time is
4pm.
We may be able to arrange
a slightly earlier / later time, however this will be
subject to an additional fee. For areas outside of Durban,
the earliest delivery and latest collection time may vary.
Attached to your invoice you
will find our full terms and conditions and some
simple rules concerned with looking after the jumping
castle. Please follow these rules at all times. Please
read the full terms and conditions carefully before paying
your rental fee, as payment of
the rental fee means that you have read, understood and
accepted the safety instructions, additional requirements,
indemnity and terms and conditions of the rental.

The rental of our jumping
castle requires parents/adults to be present at all
times, to make sure that the children aren't taking
any unnecessary risks e.g. climbing on or jumping from
the sides of the castle, which could put the children
at risk of falling off. Please note that if you have also
hired an On The Ball Productions CC entertainer for your
event, you will still need to provide your own adult supervision
for the jumping castle. Our performers will be busy entertaining
the kids, so they will not be able to focus their attention
on jumping castle safety. It is your responsibility to
ensure that the children are supervised by a responsible
adult at all times.
Please also note that if you
have booked an On The Ball Productions CC entertainment
package containing a show and / or games, you may need
to switch the jumping castle off while these activities
take place. This is because the motor can be a bit noisy
during these parts of the entertainment.
Why do I need to sign a
delivery / collection form?
On The Ball Productions CC
often uses the services of a courier company to deliver,
set up and collect the jumping castle. If an agent is
used, you will be required to sign their delivery / collection
paperwork, to confirm that the equipment has been delivered
/ collected in good order.
